Hello and welcome! I’m originally from New Mexico, where I quickly recognized the growing need for mental health providers. After living in Texas for over 8 years, I’m proud to call this beautiful state home and look forward to supporting the community here. I love this state, its people, and culture.

I earned my undergraduate degree in psychology with a minor in history and continued my training at Texas Tech University, where I completed both my master’s in Couples, Marriage, and Family Therapy and my Ph.D. in the field. As a therapist and educator, I am deeply passionate about mentoring and guiding future clinicians while continuing to refine and expand my own clinical expertise. Throughout my doctoral training, my commitment to supporting individuals, couples, and families has continued to grow. I have provided therapy in a range of clinical settings, including the Texas Tech University CMFT Clinic, the Children’s Behavioral Health Center at University Medical Center, and the Lubbock County Juvenile Justice Center. These diverse experiences have allowed me to work with clients across developmental stages and presenting concerns, strengthening both my clinical skill set and systemic perspective. In addition to my clinical work, I have taught undergraduate courses at Texas Tech University and supported the training of master’s-level students. I value creating spaces where students can develop confidence, clinical competence, and a strong therapeutic identity. These combined experiences shape my approach to therapy, and I am committed to bringing both evidence-based practice and genuine compassion into my work with you
